Our bespoke process
Once we have received your enquiry, we will reach out to you personally with a brief set of customised questions to further establish the ideas, aspiration, and dreams that you have in mind for your bespoke piece.
We don't believe in long forms or faceless questionnaires, so now it is time to discuss your design in person.
A face to face or virtual appointment is arranged with Isabella, our founder and head designer, who will guide you through the next stages.
With a full mood board and a clear grasp of your ideas, it’s time to get to work.
Isabella presents initial research, early stage design drawings, costing/timescale estimates, and material sourcing options for your consideration before making necessary amendments for the start of the approval phase.
Before we engage our Master Goldsmiths, it is time to agree on our eventual design, materials, timescales and pricing.
It is at this stage that we take our non-refundable deposit, and place orders for our raw materials from our trusted suppliers.
Using photo-realistic CAD drawings, 3D models and detailed design sketches, our ‘workshop ready’ final design is presented and approved by you.
Our skilled master goldsmiths meticulously handcraft your bespoke design, bringing it to life with precision and care. Located in the heart of London, our team expertly sets, hallmarks, and polishes your one-of-a-kind piece to perfection. From start to finish, we keep you updated with images, videos, and progress reports, allowing you to witness the transformation of your dream piece into a tangible reality.
The big day has come! Your bespoke piece is now ready to be shipped and any remaining balance is paid, and you’ll be able to enjoy your unique handmade jewellery.
From concept to final piece, your love is captured in your forever piece crafted with expertise and devotion in our Gaïa Studio workshop.

Our bespoke process lasts between 4-8 weeks. Depending on your design this time frame can vary, so once we have a better idea of what you seek to create, we can provide a more accurate timeframe.
